We are a local, family run business. Scott and his family have a long history of construction and real estate experience. Scott has been a college level educator, administrator and college president, a business executive and a general contractor. He is licensed and bonded in South Carolina.
These days, it sometimes seems too much to ask for a service company to arrive on time, to give reasonable rates, to do quality work and to leave a job clean and tidy. This is exactly why we started Coastal Home Services. We strive to do all of these things with your needs, your schedule and your budget in mind.
We are located on Lady's Island in Beaufort County and service the Sea Islands, Beaufort, Port Royal and the surrounding areas. If you live in Bluffton or Hilton Head, we would be happy to serve you but we will charge a small travel fee and any gate fees if you live on one of the gated plans.
Are you the type who likes to do things yourself but sometimes a project is just too big or you need an extra hand? Some companies want to work FOR you. They listen to your request, go do the job, and talk to you again at the end to collect payment. We can do that, but we can also work WITH you. We can manage a job, or just help you manage it. We can complete the work, or help you complete it. Do you want to purchase the materials? We are OK with that. Do you already have the parts or materials? That's fine. We can do whatever jobs around the house that you need to have done and you can be as involved as you want to be.
